Tommaso Curatella is a Fashion Design graduate. He earned his degree at NABA – Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti in Rome, where he developed a design approach rooted in archival research and experimental pattern-making. His work operates at the intersection of fashion, history, and craft, with a particular interest in the Belgian, London, and Japanese avant-gardes. These geographical and stylistic references inform a practice attentive to the ritual construction of the garment, distant from the logic of trends and closer to an idea of clothing as an object of thought.

Graduate Collection – Post mortem Starting from the theme of the recipe as a design device, Tommaso identified a set of elements useful in defining the construction method of the collection. The research develops from an archival investigation into fashion's avant-garde, with particular attention to the season following the wave of hyper-minimalism. With this project, Tommaso Curatella was selected for the NABA 2026 Recipes runway show.
